Dts encoding help

I have some music files encoded in DTS. However, they are not in the proper format to be place onto a dvd. What program will allow me to re-encode the files and what settings would I have to use. Here are the specs on my file now. I"m sure I have to change the bitrate and the channels mode, is there anything else I would have to change?

Hi,
are you sure that this is a DTS file -> seams to me like a MP2, the bitrate won't fitt -> 768, 1411 (for 44,1KHz), 1536K/s are AFAIK possible, rename to MP2 and try to author it witth your video track!
