AutoGK seems to output different sized xvid of same DVD series

HI All,
I am in the process of converting to XVID a TV series from DVD using AutoGK. I pretty much leave all the settings (especially in the secret menu) alone, apart from changing the quality to 80% and making sure it outputs at 720 pixels wide. The incoming video is 720x576 Animorphic, and when it converts it to Xvid, some come out at 720x416, and some come out at 720x400. This to me makes not much difference, but it is something I have noticed. I don't think it is anything I do it AutoGK, as I do a set of six at one go, keeping exactly the same settings every time, and hitting "add to job"

any help would be much appreciated.

First, remember to go to your post and select "Edit" instead of going back and changing the previous window, which as you can see reposts the same thing with your additions. :)

The differences between the files are most likely due to AutoGK's autocrop not being exactly the same each time. I've noticed now that AutoGK does keep the Ctrl + F9 "hidden options" between jobs, so you can manually set crop parameters for one file, then add a bunch of jobs. Once you set one, they should all come out the same. You might also try "Force 16:9" if you don't want to mess with cropping.
