Delay or hijacked? FTPed plugins on my page do not show up

I have been seeing some strange happening on my plugis page. I uploaded using FileZilla a new plugin and an updated index page on 28th Feb. While I see these on the Filezilla's directory listings, I do not see them at the Plugins Page. It still displays as it was on Jan 10. Is there a time lag filter or am I uploading to an hijacked site?

Avisynth isn't hosted on Leafyhost anymore, it's on Dreamhost now. That's what you get for plugging the IP into your client, instead of ftp.avisynth.org. ;) Surprised the account isn't shut down yet.
