I looked through the first few pages and found nothing, but I was curious if there are any tools out now that could backup a single HDDVD to multiple DL DVDR discs? let me know. thanks

Edit again: Ok, So I found a thread on how to go from HD->Divx (Xvid), but (and this is a n00b question, I think), is it possible for DVD's (and more specifically DVD players) to handle the higher resolutions of HD content even if its spanned across multiple DL discs?
