I'm trying to get an xbox360 HD-DVD working with windows 64- bit ( I can dual boot 32bit and 64bit systems)
Testing with king kong both from drive and ripped to disk
I'm using powerdvd6.5 because my ATI x850 is not compliant
Using latest anydvd:
On 32 bit I can see and rip the dvd files but powerdvd 6.5 stutters badly missing frames when playing both rips(.evo files) and dvd
Whilst 7.2 seems to play well as far as I can tell (I get good sound and although the video is scrambled it doesn't seem to miss frames or stutter.
my system should be fast enough
dual core amd 64 3800 (oc to 2.4 ghz water cooled)
x850 ati graphics, DVI to monitor
2 meg RAM
2 fast sata hd
I have tried vga to monitor and 7.2 but it wont play nice
Any Ideas?
