I get 0.305 in bits/(pixel*frame) and only 34.6 % in video size/first pass size. Anyone know how the percentage can be this low though I have 0.305 and therefore a high bitrate (over 1000 kbps).
Is the bitrate being wasted on some artifacts in the picture that I can filter away somehow?
