Problem with Windows Vista

After an fresh install i get an error executing DVD-Rebuilder on the MSCOMCTL.OCX (problem with register).
Then i do Run:
regsvr32 "c:\DVD Copy\DVD Rebuilder\mscomctl.ocx"

It still gives the error 0X8002801c. I an as administrator.
How can i solve this problem ?

With Vista you have to right-click on CMD.EXE on click 'Run as administrator"

It´s need to use DVD Rebuilder as an administrator.
