I have a question about how to use this forum properly. Following these rules:

doesn't seem to be enough, and I suggest a rule be added which pertains to recently described "rewriting history" or "changing reality".

I'd like to have a short discussion on the proper use of this forum with someone in authority. Please PM me.

However, we have a general rule of thumb: what the mods say, goes. No downloaded content (which comes under rule 6, albeit not directly) will be discussed with, except in certain circumstances. I trust you to :search: for those circumstances. ;)

For the record, you broke rule 6 (twice, and it carries 2 strikes each time) and rule 9. Tread VERY carefully.

I only have two thoughts here for you:

1) No rules, no set of laws covers every aspect, every possible applicable case.. it always comes down to interpretation. Your subsequent question is just as much about non tolerated content than your original question... you just left out the bits that would allow a person that hadn't seen the first thread to clearly identify it as offending. But it's still the same thing.
2) In every community and society, there's a set of unwritten rules that you will get to know if you spend some time. And as it so happens, we do have a rule for that, rule 2. The netiquette demands that before posting you look around and learn how things work. If you had, you'd have known what goes and what doesn't in this instance.
