I recently reformatted my machnie. When selecting Backup TargetDVD Shrink used to give me the option to Encode and Burn directly to disk. NO ISO file created just direct to disc burning. It no longer gives me that option.

What am I missing?

Hi!

Under "Preferences"/"File I/O", select "Enable burning with NERO".

Then, upon selecting "Backup!", select your burner as "Target Drive"

Tried that. It was already enabled. I think that my machine may not be recognizing my drive as a burner. I use MusicMatch and couldn't burn a CD because it said there were no burners installed? There aren't any drivers for my DVD Drive. Its a liteon with lightscribe. Any suggestions
I upgraded to Nero 6.6. Updated the firmware no luck.

Thanks.

Updated the firmware no luck.If improperly done, or done using an upgrade from other than an official site of your burner's manufacturer, you may have rendered your burner permanently useless...

Updated firmware with Lite-on. Am still able to burn DVDs just not with DVD Shrink.
