Hey guys,

I'm trying to encode a movie in meGUI using Nero's AAC encoder to do 5.1 HE-AAC. When it tries to encode one of the streams, meGUI 's log says this:

Channels=6, BitsPerSample=16, SampleRate=48000Hz
C:\Documents and Settings\Andrew\Application Data\StaxRip\Applications\BeSweet\neroAacEnc.exe -ignorelength -he -br 256000 -if - -of "D:\The Abyss\VTS_04_1 T02 3_2ch 448Kbps.mp4"Error:
MeGUI.AviSynthException: m2AudioAC3Source: error in file "D:\The Abyss\VTS_04_1 T02 3_2ch 448Kbps.ac3"
at MeGUI.AviSynthAudioEncoder.encode()

It looks like there's something wrong with the track. Is there a way to correct the so-called errors in the ac3 track so that I can succesfully re-encode it?

Thanks!

Use Ac3Fix, DelayCut or BeSplit to fix the ac3 first.

Thanks a whole bunch, BeSplit automatically fixed the ac3 file and it works now.
