A way to fix jagged divx not having the source?

I've got a divx that shows jagged edges only when the camera pans.

Is there a way to fix it? I only have the divx, not the dvd source.

It would be nearly impossible to "fix" it, not to mention the forum rule 6 violation for asking for help with it.
