Little noise filter - temp smoother explanation.

Hey What is the difference between the little noise filter in Gknot:
tempsmoother(2,1) and tempsmoother(1) or (2).

I'm using the little noise filter of Gknot before resizing and the time is near tempsmoother (2) before resizing.

What this (2,1) mean?
