Movie plays upside down!

Recently my movies play upside down in my trusty BS player!

it never happened b4 and it happened all of a sudden...

it does not happen to my tv shows.

i know VLC player fixes this, but i prefer to use BS player.

what happened and what can be done?

i think it has sth to do with codecs...any way to check which codec is giving problems?

The combination of ffdshow and Win98 may do this sometimes. If you are using WinXP then try switching between internal rendered (default) and directdraw.

The Video rendering options are here: options > preferences > video

and on the right hand you have 3 labels; the last one is Video rendering.

Your graphics card's drivers and XviD codec are responsible for this. You should install ffdshow filter and under its properties, you must flip video or you can change the settings through BSplayer.
