Converting *.mpg to DivX

I have some *.mpg files that G Spot says are:

Video

'MPEG-1

Audio

MPEG-1 Layer 2:
0xc0:44100Hz 224 kb/s tot , Stereo

I would like to convert these files to DviX

Can someone help me.

Hi,

He means advanced settings but divx codec is not included in the package (Xvid is)
