What does this encoder tickbox option do?

I asked the same question over at the DivX Forums and got no answer so far :(

I think that it is the "Enhance Textures" option from 6.4. Just renamed (For whatever reason). It is at the same spot and belongs to the psychovisual stuff (Which I don't use by the way ;) ).
