How come when I encode two videos simultaneously the resulting files are unplayable? Anyone else have this problem?

do you have a dual core rig? And you should be able to run to HC's at one time. DVD Rebuilder Pro does it.

Nevermind, I found the problem. My mpeg2 codec somehow disappeared.

I've found that I can run two instances of HC with constant quant, but not in two pass mode. (Unless I were to have two copies of the HC executable each in separate folders.)
