Your mpeg2source should use the parameter cpu=4, definitely. You might even need another call to Deblock or Deblock_QED to get it looking acceptible.

Then you might want to look to applying something like the scripts in http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=122069 , since they can't really make yours any worse. There's the faster one or the fixed, slower one at the end.
