I've encoded a video in CCE (intended for DVD), and I have set the max bitrate to be 8,000. (The average is 4,700).
When I try to import this into Tsunami DVD Author, it says that the video bitrate is 9800kbps. (Combined with my 256K audio,it says that this exceeds the 9,848kbps limit.)
I thought it was a Tsunami problem, but under the Pin Info tab in the MPEG-2 video decoder I'm using with MPC, it also says:
VIDEOINFOHEADER:
rcSource: (0,0)-(720,576)
rcTarget: (0,0)-(0,0)
dwBitRate: 9800000
dwBitErrorRate: 0
AvgTimePerFrame: 400000
Is the problem here with my CCE settings, or with Tsunami and the MPEG-2 decoder I'm using?
