Robot4Rip is not supported. The developer ceased working on it in September 2003, to the best of my knowledge.

Since that time, a number of different anti-rip technologies have been brought to bear by the commercial distribution companies: Arrcos, RipGuard, and others.

Use a more up-to-date technology. Many folks use ripit4me or similar tools to prepare such content for their encoding programs.

Hi,

Never used it since 2004. No support period.
Now do you need help regarding Gordian Knot or AutoGK (we are in the GK/AGK section)?
For GK give details someone else may want to help.
For AGK, as suggested by jggimi, you can use Ripit4me and feed the resulting in AGK.
To do so, in Ripit4me, use 1click mode, main movie, and use Fixvts on all files. That should do it.
You can also search the forum for other solutions, tons of info.

This mean i cant use that program or what?
It seems I could feel/sense impatience, irritation or something related...
If so, when asking help about/for free programs you may want to read the free pie remarks before going further:
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7770
or the sticky about Gentle reminder about manners in a forum, in this same section:

If I misunderstood your feelings, my apologies and welcome to the forum.

Next time i will use, thread yoou post tnx :)

Aha and i rip with GK, so what is best way to get, cool rip out :)

I rip with GK one year or more no problems when use robot4rip, but now i have problem (you can see in first post), will be good rip, if i use DVD Decrypter and then only GK, no robot4rip.

I use r4r because guide on doom9 say best rip is if you use r4r.

Yes, Doom9's guide recommends R4R. But neither R4R nor GK have been updated in some time. Both R4R and GK were written by TheWef.

TheWef made GK open source, and it became a SourceForge project in March 2003. The last update to the project was in September 2005.

R4R is closed source, and TheWef is inactive. His last post here was in October, 2003. R4R looks like it was last repackaged in August 2005.

DVD Decrypter will be as useless as robot4Rip if you run across a title with an advanced copy protection scheme.

Let me try to clarify:

DVD Decrypter is no longer being maintained, by a legal agreement made between the developer and parties representing content owners.

New technologies used by content owners to prevent successful ripping are not being added to DVD Decrypter.

R4R is not being maintained. It uses DVD Decrypter.

If you want to successfully rip newer discs that use these new technologies, you cannot use R4R, and you cannot use DVD Decrypter.

If you are unwilling to try using new tools, as has been recommended, you can attempt to contact TheWef. Good luck!
