Hello, is there a way to print multipages single thread into a single printout?

I, too, think this would be a very useful feature. The "Show Printable Version" and archive are very useful for on the go reading (either printouts or single html file saved to a PDA, etc) but they balk at extremely long threads such as this one (http://forum.doom9.org/archive/index.php/t-100116.html).
