Is it possible to use StaxRip like AutoGK?

Basically, this is generally how I work with AutoGK if i'm encoding a lot of TV episodes ripped off DVDs.

1) Rip all the DVD episodes, each to their own directory
2) open ifo (though could also be vob, just autogk works better w/ ifo) in each directory in autogk, select appropriate audio tracks, select appropriate size
3) add to encode queue.

the problem with step 3 is that I can't shutdown autogk as it has no means of saving its queue. This doesn't seem to be an issue with StaxRip as it creates .rip files which contain everything that is needed.

However, I can't seem to figure out (probably being stupid) how to have more than one job in the jobs list in StaxRip. My though would be, one should just be able to open a new video, but at least it didn't restart the StaxRip "step by step instruction" mode.
