Simple question...when I create my DivX movies from DVD's I max out the bitrates and fiddle with the framesizes until it fits on either 1 or 2 cd-r's...but this requires me to re-flask which is a long process...is there a program that can take a divx movie and edit the frame size (Virtual Dub?) without doing the whole movie again? Thanks...

Hi,
Umm, i dunno about actually getting a different filesize from a movie that you've already encoded ( except recompressing it - bad idea ) - but you could encode your dvds using gordian knot in the first place which automatically sets the appropriate bitrate to gain the filesize you want.
I used to encode most of my movies 3-4 times to enlarge/shrink my divxs (nandub only), now i only re-encode a movie to fine-tune the final results.
There's a good guide at www.doom9.org for this app.
More than likely give you better results than flask as well, btw ;)
Bye.
