mpe encoder problem

hi
i had a problem with spysweeper-it crashed and took nero 6 with
it.i reinstalled nero 6 and added the reg. number nero gave me
but it would not install-it wasnt there.so i installed nero 7 and
got a new reg. number 4 that.added it to nero 7 and THAT one
was also not added to nero 7,the new number.am i not doing
something right here?is it me?any ideas would be really apprec-
iated.thanks
