burning 2 sided disc

Does anyone know if there is a way to burn a 2 sided disc to one disc?

I have had success with combining several DVDs using DVDShrink to make the files small enough and then using DVDStyler or other DVD authoring program, even Nero, to put all the VOBs on one disk. Of course, it won't have the original menus. But it can be done.
