AACS - is content _currently_ being downrezz'd or disabled?

Hi,

I'm trying to get a handle on if, and to what extent, movies currently being released on Bluray & HD-DVD are being downrezz'd or disabled for players lacking HDCP outputs?

Such titles are apparently supposed to have a label/icon to warn of this (lets call it an "I'm Crippled" warning ;). But I haven't been bricks-n-mortar hi-defDVD shopping yet, so not sure if such titles are being sold.

No, no company is using the ICT flag at this point. If/when they do use it according to the AACS guidelines it would have to be clearly marked on the packaging so you'll be able to know.
