Hello to Everyone, when I first time installed Windows Vista Ultimate then tried to install SurCode DVD-DTS v1.0.23 everything was OK. Now after reinstalling Windows Vista Ultimate & double click setup.exe in SurCode DVD-DTS v1.0.23 folder nothing happens, please help thank you.
