Nero Recode Category and Profile options

I'm having problems selecting the Nero Digital profiles on Recode 2.4.5.0 (I'm using Nero Ultra 7.7.5.1 package). Have a look at these screenshots:

I can change the Nero Recode category alright, but I can't find any other profile but Mobile and Portable. Recode will, then, force my videos to either 176 x 144 (Mobile) or to 352 x 288 (Portable), no matter what option I choose on the Video button.

Where are the other profiles? HDTV, Standard, Maximum, etc? I'm using source videos with higher resolutions then Mobile and Portable, and I'm choosing "Fit to Target" a DVD so, as far as I've read in the Help file, I should be able to choose higher profiles. Right?

Guys, could someone please tell me what is the official Nero Bug Report page? I've tested my older version and it works good.

I have seen this issue come up another forum the reply was it's not a bug it's to do with your serial key.

I think the best thing to do is contact Nero and ask why your serial key no longer exposes the full options.
