lame 3.97 install error hlp

i downloaded lame encoder 3.97 but i get an error when installing it says, -
the file lameacm.acm on lame mp3 install disk is needed
i dont have the disk

There is no disk, that's just windows' way. The file should come with the package, just browse to the folder and it'll pick it up. If not, you'll need to download the acm separately.

If you didn't download LAME 3.97 from Rarewares.org, then please try:
http://www.rarewares.org/files/mp3/lameACM-3.97.zip

Unzip all files to the same folder, then rightclick the INF file and choose "Install"
