What to buy?

Which middle-class, i.e. "low-cost", solution is able to produce a dvd with audio selection (a second language, ac3 etc.). I know that DVD Author does it, but there is no good template for the audio menu, and I'm so rotten lazy ... And I know that Pinnacle Studio 10.7 does not.
