When i use it, my chapters get mixed up, so like if there are 4 different vob files when i make it joined, they go all over the place and the sequence is scrambled.

Rather demux the VOB files into seperate m2v and ac3/wav/mpa files. Then use DVDLab to remux everything.
DeMuxing:
Verious tools out there although I find ReJig the easiest to use.
PS: If you have the IFO files, use ChapterExtractor to get the exact position of the chapters.

Use PgcDemux. It makes a CellTimes.txt file, which you can easily import into DVD-Lab.
