Take beep out of joined AVI's......?

I joined 2 avi files, when playing the movie you hear a high beep at the appendage and the volume is down.
After about 10 sec. the volume is back again. I do not know how they were split and the audio is mp3 on one of the two that I appended and AC3 on the other two that I appended. Any type of help will be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest you RE -read the forum rules (#6, in particular) as well as the "ANNOUNCEMENT" at the top of this, the "Newbies" sub-forum...
