Wondering if someone might be able to help me. I've got a music video as an extra on a PAL dvd, which is heavily interlaced, I'm guessing through some sort of NTSC>PAL conversion.
As you've probably guessed, I want to deinterlace it and most likely restore it back to its original framerate. I tried a few different methods, including MOMonster's CRestore, but none have really worked.. most have just resulted in a lot of blends, which I was hoping to avoid.
I had hoped to try Restore24, as I know a lot of people swear by it, but for the life of me I've never been able to load it.
Anyway, I've included a 1 min sample, if anyone feels like giving it a go. Thanks in advance.
