Good Program to create ISO files

I am currently using DVD Shrink to create my ISO files. Is there a better program?

An .ISO is an .ISO is an .ISO, as long as they are for SINGLE LAYERED DVDs.

Otherwise, you may want to use DVD Decrypter directly, or as a component of the "RipIt4Me" package...

Or ImgBurn's build mode is a good choice. Build to a file...

I find UltraISO the best. It just seems to do things in an efficient way. All drives seems to read the UltraISO disk.

MagicISO is an ideal tool to create and burn iso file.
