I hope this is the right place to post this. I have a (possibly) corrupted XVid AVI that will not open with any player. When I run DivFix on it I discover that there's no AVI index present in the file! So I proceed to rebuild the index. It seems to work fine until it discovers corrupted data:
Corrupted data detected at frame 24884 (00:17:17)
Error offset: 125099340 ($0774DD4C)
I have been thorough with this and have used file splicers to see if the corruption is just on that one frame or whether the rest of the file past frame #24884 is really garbage. No matter what I do, I can't see anything in that file past the point DivFix mentions, but it does fix the file up to that point (the file is a standard ~24 minute anime episode.)
My goal is to determine whether there is any salvagable video past that point or whether it really is garbage and give up. I am sure there are tools for this, but I would appreciate the favor since as you can see I am not well versed in this beyond running DivFix occassionally. I have provided a direct download link to the file on my own file-hosting account:

Please let me know any info on this file when you can. Thank you very much!
