2 discs into 1 file??

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make two videos into one so that I don't ahve to burn like 4 cd's. Like if the movie ie pearl harbour, how would I make one .d2v file so that when I'm encoding video/audio etc that I don't have to do two seperate sessions and this way I can do it in one and get the whole video into 2 or 3 cd's

I am asuming you mean that the DVD comes on two disks, like Gladiator or Final Fantasy. If you have enough hard disk space spare (about 12 gigs), then you can rip both disks to harddrive and then when you open files to be encoded in Dvd2avi, just keep pressing add untill you have selected all the files from both Disks, and then encode like that...

If you are using VDub to do the actuall encoding, then just save each part (movie and each extra) sepetately, then recrop using Gknot, and the setup each file to be encoded in Vdub adding each to the batch list each time. After you have finished, just press F4 in Vdub and press start. Then just go to sleep.....

yeah I'm using dvd2avi. I never really thought about doing it that way. But thanks alot for the reply.
