Are there any other free software programs out now that you guys use to check bitrates and general information of MPEG-2 encoded files? I used to use BitrateViewer, but that was a couple years ago.

Where in the program does it tell you the bitrate information such as minimum, average, and max?

DGIndex will give you the instantaneous and average bitrates.
