I am trying to make a back up copy of my Date Movie and my computer is completely failing to acknowledge that a disc is in the drive (as in when I open the dvd drive thru my computer it is completely empty) and I obviously am having no luck in copying it.

I use Ripit4me (w/decypter,shrink and fix) but I have also tried opening it with dvdfab and had no luck with that either. The disc is brand new so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! The error is saying "Can't Read Sector 16 while parsing file system"

I am posting the ripit4me log below.

On another note I tried to open the disc with PowerDVD and it thought for several minutes and then told me that the disc contained files it did not recognize/support. Does anyone have any idea on what is going on with this?

I've had 'sector 16' problems before and generally if I just take the disc out and clean it very well it will work just fine when I put it back in (dust or something perhaps?) but I am having no luck with this one.
