DVD Shrink rip error message file missing

I am trying to rip a DVD using DVD Decrypter/DVD Shrink 3.2/Nero 7 and get the following error message.

Mostly the failures occur in the DVD Shrink process some times it occurs during the burn process seconds before completion.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Shrink and Nero; I have previously used Shrink version 3.1 and Nero 6 without problems.

Try re-ripping your DVD using the easy to use "RipIt4me" package (Incorporates RipIt4Me, DVD Decrypter, FixVTS, and DVD Shrink). You can download this excellent freeware from:

www.ripit4me.org

BTW, what is the Title and Region of the DVD?

I have tried RipIt4Me,DVD Decrpter, Shrink,Burn with Nero it is now failing during the burn process. DVD Region free the following message is displayed

Change your setup so that DVD Shrink doesn't AUTOMATICALLY use NERO to burn. Then select NERO to MANUALLY burn and when you see the "file allocation" NOTIFICATION (It won't be a fatal error in manual mode) simply click on "Yes" to continue...

Once again, what is the Title and Region of the DVD?

Once again thanks for the info will give it a try.
Title The Essentials Michael Bolton Region 2 but have same problem with all DVDs I try to rip and burn most of them region free.
