Is there any tool similar to DRF analyzer? Something that takes a video stream and reports the quant distribution?

Yep, the page is ok but not the download link. Anybody could report to the author (I don't have mail atm)?

speakin of this DRF analyzer...what exactly is the "15K Frames End Credits Correction" option, what does it do? should i use it or not...

It gives you a # of frames to ignore at the end of the file, since hardly anyone cares about the quality of credits (plus they can be higher quant and still look good).
