Can you guys help me out? I want to merge two avi files but they have different audio streams and I don't know how I can merge the two without sync problems. TIA

Hi!

You can just use VirtualDub to convert BOTH audiostreams to EXACTLY the same format/frequency/sampling rate - and then use VirtualDub again, to join the two .AVIs...
