there is no difference between pal or ntsc all movies ~23.98fps
only region code is difference.

i see s.w.a.t in a online shop region 2 (eur) german/english audio inside.

So if a movies is worldwide there would be 3 key versions?
USA/EUR/JAP, or are there more "regions"?

every pressing would have different keys. that's one of the reasons there's a manufactured date in the HD/BD keys posted here.

so i guess once enough people in other regions get some blu-ray discs and start memsnooping we'll be seeing some.
