I remember some time back (veffrom?) posted the average bitrate and peak one could encode to with AP VC1.
Was it 8000kbit average, 15000 peak with 5.1 WMA audio?
I tried this on "stealth" TS stream and got some stuttering on the 360. I did this with procoder2/avisynth
So anyone from MS (or others) find good solutions?
