Error Code -2

Am getting an error message when converting .ifo to .avi.
It seems to be fine till about halfway through.
The error message reads "Video Compression Error. The source image format is not acceptable. (error code -2)".
Any help would be great.

I get the same error code when I'm converting music videos I record off TV to AVI. I record them using an Mpeg 2 DVD compatible format. But this only happens when I use the DivX codec. If I switch to XviD, then it's fine. I much prefer the DivX codec because then end result looks better for what I use.

This didn't ever happen till I upgraded to the latest version of DivX. So hopefully there will be a fix to it pretty soon? But if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.
