I have several DVDs that have two optional language tracks along with a subtitle track , all of these options are menu selectable on the DVD.

I want to pull just the main movie along with the two audio tracks and the subtitle track and place them in Adobe Encore (there is a spot for subtitles in it) and make my own menus etc.

I tried DVD Decrypter in IFO with stream process, must have did something wrong because it split the file into 4 (even though I have options in IFO set to none) and I cannot find the subtitled stream. Will it pull a subtitle track as well?

I have never worked with subs that are menu selectable, when I place them in my authoring program will they be hard-coded into the movie?

If I use just the one audio track and the subs along with the movie will the subs always be there (do not need a menu)

Tried DVD decrypter again , don't know what I changed but I was able to get the one complete video file and the two audio files but I still do not see a subtitle track? I have the video file , two audios and an IFO file. In decrypter I have: IFO mode\the movie I want in "input"\Cell 1 and all chapter checked. under stream processing I have: "Enable" \the video two audio and the subtitle streams checked & at the bottom I have "Demux"

Try PGCdemux for demuxing to elementary files.
