Can I create VCDs on DVD and if so what format do my videos need to be in MPEG1 MPEG2 DAT etc.. and what programs should I be using.
Also if i was creating a DVD and my VOB files are say 8Gb and the disk is only 4.7Gb how do I compress the vobs and what programs should I be using.
