Making a clip in VDubMod

When i create a clip in vdubmod and load it in my avs script which includes the use of degrainmedian and

HQdn3d filters. It only processes the clip and not the whole vob. am i doing something wrong?

Hmm, can you be more explicit about what steps you're taking? How do you load the clip into avisynth? (Avisynth will normally only process what you open with it, it's not a generic batch processor. You might also take a look at DGDecode if you're doing vob conversion with avisynth.)
