That's a good complement to 100fps and the ivtc tutorial (http://www.doom9.org/ivtc-tut.htm), but there are plenty of howtos for that. The avisynth forum in particular is full of them, and even amv.org has some (largely outdated) guides. Searching "ivtc" or "deinterlace" will pull up a lot of methods.
