Hi all; I have tried many different programs to burn SAW3. First I ripped it with RIPIT4ME, which then went to DVD Decrypter, then to DVD Shrink where I got an INVALID DATA erroe, I then used VTM repair(not spelled right), which cleaned it up, when I went to burn after all this I got a Non-compliant error. At some point during this I ran NERO RECODE,,which crashed on me. Is there another way to do this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Hi!

1) Make certain that in your installed setup of the "RipIt4Me" package you have the most recent versions of both "RipIt4Me" and "FixVTS"

2) After the "RipIt4Me" and "DVD Decrypter" programs have "done their thing" (Including the "RipIt4Me" step #3B), select the option to use the "FixVTS" program

3) Then use DVD Shrink

Judging from the length of this thread, Saw3 is a tricky one:

However, on the last page one guy says:
I was able to get the DVD to back up using the advice from Jean on the 1st page of this thread. I updated FIXVTS to 1.6.0.3 and then used RIPIt4ME version 1.6.4.0 and it worked like a champ. Highly recommend the RIPit4me program and thumbs down on that ANYDVD program as it hardly ever worked on anything I tried to backup. Thanks Jean.
You should also follow that advice (and I think you are, thanks to setarip_old)
