AC3 Error

[cockpit]

I tried to encode the commentary track for the good the bad and the ugly in megui, and was told that there was error in the file.

so I ran it through ac3fix. no errors.
ran it through delaycut. no errors.
then I tried ac3tool's analysis and came up with: "E2: In-file error: EOF"

does anyone have any idea what it means and what I can do about it?
