Suppose, hypothetically, that I've bought a LiteON LVW-1105HC+, or a similar DVD recorder that only writes in DVD-VR format, and have relegated my old DVD player to the bedroom.
If I want to time-shift a TV programme and watch it in bed, I'll need to burn a new disk in DVD-Video format.
Assuming I've got the computer hardware to do this, is there a cheap or free one-click software package that will carry out the conversion, or would I be better advised to sell the LVW-1105HC+ and buy a DVD recorder that can write in both formats?
